Thailand Maple plywood for extended applications

Poplar-eucalyptus plywood with maple veneer, produced on the basis of a moisture resistant (urea-formaldehyde) bond with longitudinally arranged fibres. Thanks to the combination of poplar and eucalyptus veneers, the density of this plywood is comparable to birch plywood.

Maple veneers are free of any defects such as knots, inserts, filling or cracks. This makes this plywood an excellent alternative to the highest quality birch plywood, while maintaining a competitive price. Another advantage is the quality of the surface finish, which makes it suitable for any use, without prior surface preparation.

Thailand HPL coated plywood for marine applications

HPL laminated plywood

100% poplar plywood, produced on the basis of a moisture resistant (urea-formaldehyde) bond, covered with HPL laminate, thanks to which its surfaces are perfectly protected against mechanical damage and moisture penetration, and are very easy to clean. These features mean that it can be used, for example, as a kitchen countertop. Most often, however, due to its low density, it is used for camper and yacht furniture.

Thailand HPL Birch Plywood

HPL means “High-Pressure Laminates”. HPL is a kind of engineered plastic laminate. After the plywood has been produced, HPL is covered onto the face/back of the plywood under high pressure. That’s what people call “HPL Plywood”.

Furniture HPL birch plywood, also known as a refractory sheet, is known as high-temperature laminated cardboard with paper impregnated with heat-curing resin. The British acronym (HPL) is a fire-resistant building material for surface decoration. It has rich surface color, texture, and special physical properties. Fireproof panels are widely used in interior decoration, furniture, kitchen cabinets, laboratory bench, exterior walls, and other fields.

Thailand HPL Plywood

HPL plywood is a poplar plywood with high-pressure laminates on both sides. It’s a great material for making cabinets and furniture. High-pressure laminates are sheets made from kraft impregnated with phenolic glue. It is resistant to scratches, chemicals and weather. The HPL is more durable than melamine in terms of physical properties.

The HPL plywood is a popular wood material for Israel, the Middle East and Europe. The products are ideally manufactured with an E1 formaldehyde emission.

Maple Plywood Thailand Manufacturer

Maple will range in color from sapwood white to a heartwood creamy white with a pinkish tinge to light reddish-brown.

Straight, close grained pattern that may be highly figured. We produce an A grade maple with few defects and white in color to a calico maple with a mixture of sap wood and heartwood.
