Plywood sheets are about 1/4″ smaller on each dimension due to saw blade kerf when cutting. The material has no knots or patches on either side. Store sheets flat with weight on top to avoid warping.
We use this material in our laser shop every day. We have found the wood core cuts much cleaner and faster than an MDF core, allowing us to make more product in a shorter amount of time.
