Common Finishes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our Ultraviolet cured finish provides a clean and highly durable clear coat. As a standard, our UV prefinished plywood panels are produced with a 40 sheen levels for satin appearance. Higher sheen levels are available by request. We offer UV finishing as a topcoat on one or both sides of the panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We commonly stock 5.2mm (1\/4\u201d) UV finished plywood 1 side, 12mm (1\/2\u201d) UV finished 1 or 2 sides, 15mm (5\/8\u201d) UV finished 1 or 2 sides and 18mm (3\/4\u201d) UV finished 1 or 2 sides. Stocking panels come in 4\u00d78, but we also offer a 48.5\u00d796.5 panel on a futures basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Glue Types<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer our prefinished plywood UV top-coated in TSCA Certified glues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cores<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Siam Birchwood Industries produces UV finished White Birch panels in a wide variety of cores from our standard multiply veneer core to high end lamination grade veneer cores. All panels tightly calibrated to ensure exceptional thickness tolerances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
